Our availability for accepting new clients changes with demand as we work to ensure that we can provide timely, quality care for our current patients. Please feel free to call us to check availability. Please print and fill out the new client info sheet
and bring the completed form with you to your first appointment. This will help expedite the process of getting you in the room with a Doctor. Please note that if we have not seen your pet before we require an exam with a doctor prior to any surgeries or drop off procedures. The law requires us to establish a client patient relationship prior to sedating an animal or prescribing medications.
Financial Policy: Broadway Veterinary Clinic
requires payment in full for professional services rendered at the time your pet is discharged from the clinic.
